We hope this message finds you and your family well and coping with our collective new reality.  We wanted to take this time to bring you up to date on some items pertaining to SeaScape operations, the State of Delaware and other outlets for information on the Covid 19 strain of the Coronavirus. 

 

First, SeaScape, like most businesses, has taken internal precautions to protect our staff and operations in order to continue to serve the community.  We ask that any and all payments for any purpose are mailed in and not dropped off at either our Millville or Lewes offices.  Our lobbies for both offices will be closed to the public beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 8am.  Our Lewes office does have a mail slot in the front door which can be utilized for items such as Architectural Review Applications, etc.  However, our Millville office does not have such an accommodation.  We ask your cooperation and respect of this policy by not requesting staff members to violate it.  This is for everyone’s safety including our staff members families which may include at risk members of the community.  Thank you.
